Just Do Plants

Well, you have probably heard your mother say the famous words, "everything in moderation". With this principal in mind, you can focus on balance within all aspects of your life, such as, healthy eating, exercise, rest, sleep, financial, emotional, relationships and more. It is important to find balance and enjoy life without stressing. While you focus on improving your health, you also do not want to put too much stress on yourself. This journey should be enjoyable and make you feel amazing. Cut yourself some slack and do not give up because of one moment off track. Allow yourself to take a break and have a treat without feeling guilty or giving up.
The focus is to introduce healthy foods into your diet and slowly remove and have less room for unhealthy foods. While the majority of your diet is focused on plants, some people may not want to give up meat all together, but you can work towards decreasing the amount of animals you consume.
While working towards removing unhealthy foods from your diet, finding healthier alternatives to add flavor or make your baked goods moist and sweet may be needed in small amounts. If you need to add a small amount of these to make the food palatable and delicious then a little does the job. You can always find ways to make your favorite recipes healthier and plant- based.
The main problem with food today is that processed food is full of chemicals and has no nutritional benefit and no life force energy. After eliminating these, overtime your taste buds will change and get used to the delicious flavor of food naturally.
I enjoy food and eating so much more since I started my plant-based journey and I know you will too. I also feel better and have more energy.
The body is a temple and you should take care of your temple. By doing this, you will improve the quality and quantity of your life.
The only moment is the present moment, so enjoy it and be happy, healthy and the best person you can be right now.
