Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These cauliflower bites are versatile and easy to make. You can use them in a rice dish or for tacos or just pop in your mouth and eat as a snack. You can dip in a vegan ranch or Caesar dressing. Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable with anticancer properties and is packed full of nutrients. This is a fun way to get in some powerful nutrition.


1 head cauliflower

1 cup flour

1 cup plant milk

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper


Buffalo sauce

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Next, combine flour and spices and stir. Add plant milk and mix thoughly until smooth. Then, add in cauliflower pieces and stir again coating each piece. Use spoon to place each peice evenly spread out onto lined baking pan. Bake for twenty minutes. Pull out of oven and baste each peice with Buffalo sauce. Return to oven and bake another twenty minutes until fork tender. Do not over cook. Enjoy these bites with rice, on tacos or as a snack.
