Rainbow Chakra Smoothie

This is my favorite go to smoothie to start the day. The goal is to use seven different fruits from each color of the rainbow. Combining different color fruit supplies the body with the perfect range of nutrients. Each fruit and color represents each chakra and will nourish the natural energy channels within you. Get creative with this recipe. It always turns out delicious no matter what you put in it.



Rainbow Smoothie:

1 whole apple cut and quartered (red or green)

3 inches of cucumber

3 inches of yellow squash

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup purple grapes

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 cup water



This smoothies turns out great with any combination of the following fruits you may have on hand. Use both fresh and frozen fruit for the best consistently. Just try and include each color of the rainbow.


1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup purple grapes

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup cantaloupe

1/2 cup watermelon

5 black berries

5 raspberries

1 peeled kiwi (gold or green)

1 orange peeled

1 pear cut in quarters

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup mango frozen or fresh

1/2 cup strawberries frozen or fresh

3 inches of zucchini
