Vegan Chia Pudding

Here are some simple Chia pudding recipes. This is quick and easy prep for a yummy treat. Chia seeds are a good source of protein and omega three fatty acids. Enjoy this light desert.


Basic:

1 cup plant milk

4 tbs Chia seeds

1 tbs agave

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator until firm.

Chocolate:

1 cup plant milk

4 tbs Chia seeds

2 tbs agave

1 tbs cocoa powder

1/4 cup hot water

Dissolve cocoa in hot water. Then add remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator until firm.

Strawberry:

Individual serving

3 frozen strawberries

1/2 cup plant milk

2 tbs of Chia Seeds

Blend strawberries and milk with an immersion blender. Then, add Chia seeds and chill until firm in the refrigerator.
